Beautiful Photo from an Ugly Tower

Take a look at this incredible photo of Prague that you can scroll around and zoom in and out of. When you zoom in, you can see the phenomenal resolution achieved by knitting together many photos. It's supposed to be the world's "largest spherical panorama", taken from the top of the Prague television tower, the picture at left. When we visited Prague, a local there told me how much the residents hated it. It's certainly an eyesore in such a beautiful city and a reminder of the joys of communist-era architecture. I suppose that's the genius of taking a picture of the city from it, though, since you don't have to see the damned thing.
