The Next Wii Fit Exercise

When Mom was here, she said how popular the tai-chi class was there at Arbor Trace. So, I thought maybe she would consider pushing doga, yoga with your dog.
Doga combines massage and meditation with gentle stretching for dogs and their human partners. In chaturanga, dogs sit with their front paws in the air while their human partners provide support. In an “upward-paw pose,” or sun salutation, owners lift dogs onto their hind legs. In a resting pose, the person reclines, with legs slightly bent over the dog’s torso, bolster-style, to relieve pressure on the spine.
Not everyone is a fan, though, as one student explained.
“A stuffed animal — but not even a dog-shaped stuffed animal — was used by the instructor,” she said. Owners struggled to get their very real dogs to replicate the stuffed-animal poses, she said, and bags of treats were used to get the dogs to change positions. “It was lunacy,” Ms. Apro recalled. “Peanuts, my retired racer greyhound, didn’t participate at all. Instead, I did downward-facing dog while he ate the most treats he’s ever had in a 60-minute period.”
We have some spare dogs if anyone is looking for a doga partner.

I'm trying to think which of the dogs would be most cooperative in such an activity... and I'm just not sure any of them would be. The might be slightly more cooperative than cats though.

Grandma and Stormy are great friends, but (as your Mom noted), I have a hard time seeing her in that warrior stance holding Stormy. Stormy would be very cooperative, though.

Stormy darn near outweighs me. Maybe she could do the hard part and I could put my paws in the air.

I wonder how a clawless, one eyed cat with a broken tail would fare? The "Clawless" feature has some promise. Also - thinking about breathing and chanting... sOMMMMMMe real potential there.
