Garrett and Dara went down to SJ State last week for orientation, and Garrett stayed overnight. Among the discoveries:

That might have been one of Dara's last chances to embarrass Garrett. At his age I moved on to embarrassing myself and refused any help from Mom, I later figured out that was a mistake, and condemned myself to a lifetime of self induced embarrassment.
Lest my "but still" be misinterpreted, I'd also be very proud to have an English major in the family. I was just surprised by it. He apparently enjoys creating and participating in online story creation that is done in groups. I will have to display my ignorance of where such stuff goes on. If only I could get onto MySpace, I could probably find out.
